1. 安置地點(diǎn)要求:
Fixing Requirement
1.1地面須水平。
Keep horizontal.
1.2 通風(fēng)須良好,落塵量較少。
Well ventilation and dustless environment.
1.3 不要安置在潮濕地方。
Do not place the oven in humid space.
1.4 不要曝露在易燃或腐蝕性氣體下(特殊烤箱除外)。
Do not expose under flammable or corrosive atmosphere(except specific oven).
1.5 盡可能使可燃物遠(yuǎn)離。
Keep away from flammable material as possible.
1.6 環(huán)境溫度勿過(guò)高,最好在室溫~40℃范圍內(nèi)。
Keep the Temp. between room Temp.~40℃.
2. 安置間隔要求:
Placing Interval
2.1 理想操作環(huán)境機(jī)身各方距墻至少60公分以上。
Ideal operating environment is up than 60cm away from the wall
2.2 理想操作環(huán)境機(jī)身與機(jī)身間隔至少60公分以上。
Up than 60cm apart from machine to machine.

電源安裝要求:
Electronic Installation Requirement
3.1.請(qǐng)依電器銘板上所訂之電源規(guī)格接電。
Please follow the mains which indicate on the electrical plate
3.2.電壓變動(dòng)率必須在額定值±5%內(nèi)。
Voltage fluctuation must be within rated ±5%
3.3為避免電擊意外發(fā)生,機(jī)臺(tái)本身必須接地。(依電工法規(guī)第三種
接地法實(shí)施對(duì)地電阻(100Ω以下)。
The oven must be grounded to avoid the electric shock. (Please
observe the Electronic Regulation to use the third grounding manner(Under 100Ω)。
3.4不可將綠色接地線接至瓦斯或水管上。
Never connect the ground cable in green with gas or liquid pipe
3.5不可將有漏電斷路器烤箱與無(wú)此裝置烤箱共享接地線路。
Please do not share the ground cable with any other machine
4. 水平調(diào)整:
Horizontal Adjustment
機(jī)臺(tái)定位后,須先調(diào)整水平,機(jī)臺(tái)上有4支水平調(diào)整螺絲腳,用于定位及水平調(diào)整。
Adjust the horizontal of oven after mounting. There are four adjustable leveling screws below the oven, twist them to adjust the horizontal
5. 電源接線:
Connect In Electric
機(jī)臺(tái)定位完成后,可由機(jī)臺(tái)后方之電源電纜線,并依接線端子板上之標(biāo)示規(guī)格完成電源接線之工作(此項(xiàng)屬除外工程)。
Afterward mounted the oven, connect the cable into power supply by mark and electric specification
6. 排風(fēng)管接續(xù):
Exhaust Supple Pipe
機(jī)臺(tái)定位后,須將排風(fēng)管接上¢4”之排風(fēng)管。
*當(dāng)烤箱內(nèi)烘烤物會(huì)產(chǎn)生油煙時(shí),可以適當(dāng)加大排氣量。
Connect the exhaust supple pipe(¢4) into exhaust.
when there is too much exhaust fume gas, could increase the flow
Capacity.
7. 送風(fēng)馬達(dá)調(diào)整:
Adjust the exhaust motor
請(qǐng)檢查送風(fēng)馬達(dá)轉(zhuǎn)向,應(yīng)與馬達(dá)上貼示的轉(zhuǎn)向標(biāo)簽一致。如轉(zhuǎn)向錯(cuò)誤,請(qǐng)打開(kāi)上蓋依馬達(dá)接線更換轉(zhuǎn)向。(一般出廠前都有調(diào)整,無(wú)需變動(dòng))
Please check the rotating direction of the motor,It should be in accordance with the label. If the direction is reverse, please open the lid of the motor then change the wiring.(Normally, we’ve set it before ex-work.)
1. 完成報(bào)警:烘烤完成時(shí)此蜂鳴器鳴叫;
COMPLETE ALARM :when bake finish the alarm sound will loud;
2. 電源指示:若電源開(kāi)關(guān)“ON”后,此指示燈亮起;
POWER INDICATOR : The light on when power supply switch “on”;
3. 故障報(bào)警:超溫時(shí)此蜂鳴器鳴叫;
FAULT ALARM:when temperature over setting value, the alarm sound will
Loud;
4. 電流表:顯示加熱器之電流;
AMMETER: To display the current of the heater;
5. 溫度控制器:設(shè)定與控制各段加熱器之溫度;
TEMPERATURE CONTROLLER: To set and control the temperature in
each unit;
6. 超溫保護(hù)器:設(shè)定超溫溫度,起保護(hù)作用;
OVER TEMPERATURE PROTECTOR:Set the Temp. of over value,to
prevent over Temp;
7. 啟/停開(kāi)關(guān):按此開(kāi)關(guān)閉合后,控制線路開(kāi)始通電;
START/STOP SWITCH:Press this button to start the control system;
8. 計(jì)時(shí)器:機(jī)臺(tái)恒溫計(jì)時(shí)用;
TIMER:When bake temperature arrive at, timer start counting bake timing;
9. 溫度記錄器:記錄爐內(nèi)六點(diǎn)溫度;
TEMP RECORDER:Recording the chamber temperature;
10. 加熱開(kāi)關(guān):按此開(kāi)關(guān)閉合后,電熱管通電加熱.
HEATING SWITCH:Press this button to start the heater.
